I’m a Sister of the Holy Cross and a member of the faculty at Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana.

This site is where I collect any items that I consider of interest, and that I think others might consider of interest as well. (Please note that “interest” does not necessarily imply “agreement,” still less “endorsement.” I often find people and opinions I disagree with of great interest.)

This blog is also where I post my occasional musings on various topics. Anything I post here should be considered my opinion and my opinion only. I speak only for myself on this blog; I do NOT speak for the Roman Catholic Church, the Sisters of the Holy Cross, or Saint Mary’s College.

Moreover, readers should be aware that I consider writing to be an important means of thinking aloud. What I post here should be considered my provisional opinion; I reserve the right to change my mind after further considering a matter.

    Hi,

I was doing a google search under my blog’s name and found your blog with the same name. Interesting. Glad to meet you. I live in the Niagara area in Ontario and write primarily on Canadian politics and educational issues. I am using that title because it is my married name. I am also a retired academic (educational psychology and curriculum). All the best.
